Who we are

RossmanCX LLC ("RossmanCX," "we," "us") operates rossmancx.com and builds custom AI automation for small businesses, including the M1dge product. Contact: michael@rossmancx.com.

What this site collects today

Visiting rossmancx.com collects anonymous, aggregate visit analytics only — no cookies, no individual tracking. If you email or book a session with us, we receive whatever you send us directly (your name, contact info, and what you tell us about your business).

A live chat that captures business details for lead qualification is planned for this site but is not active yet — it will not collect any information until a reviewed consent notice is in place here.

Cloudflare Web Analytics — anonymous, cookie-free site analytics.

Bookings today are handled by email. If we add a scheduling tool (e.g. Calendly) it will be listed here before it goes live.

Your rights

You can ask what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, anytime, by emailing michael@rossmancx.com. California and Colorado residents have specific statutory rights (CCPA / Colorado Privacy Act) that will be detailed in the final policy.
